Welcome to TipHappily. We’re pleased to have you as part of our community. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TipHappily application (“Application” or “App”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by TipHappily (“TipHappily,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

TipHappily enables patrons to leave digital tips and provide feedback for services received at participating establishments. Businesses receive unique QR codes from TipHappily, which patrons can scan to leave tips.
